FAIL-SAFE DOCUMENTATION® provides interactive continuing education courses based on the needs of small healthcare practices. Whether your practice is urban or rural, our courses address the special challenges you face. What is a Fail-Safe? A Fail-Safe is a contingency plan that comes into operation in the event of something going wrong (retroactively) or that is there to prevent such an occurrence (retroactively). Every FAIL-SAFE DOCUMENTATION® course takes a proactive stance. Each course has a risk management component and is designed to provide you with your own Fail-Safe for preventing medical mistakes. Using these techniques when you provide patient care, when you chart the care provided and in the management of your practice can also help defend you if a claim or lawsuit is brought against you.
